Audio Visual materials include Music CDs, DVD's, Books on CD, etc. We used to buy these materials through YBP's parent company Baker & Taylor. However, since YBP was sold to Follett and a non-competition clause was signed, we are not able work with Baker & Taylor at all. So all AV orders need to be sent to Acquisitions through OSTicket with as much information as you have available and the fund code you want the items ordered through. Acquisitions will do the leg work to find where the materials are available from.
In the case of DVD's they will also be checked for availability through KANOPY, our streaming video service.
