With very few exceptions, using AVON or JoVE has no additional cost for individual films. All licensing costs are included in the institutional cost.
Limitations on access: Streaming video is available to the NMSU-Las Cruces Campus and NMSU-Global. A maximum of five films are budgeted for each instructor per semester. Exceptions may be made for film classes and NMSU-Global. Titles may not duplicate items already owned by the library or freely available elsewhere.

Although the American Disabilities Act does not specifically address streaming video, there have been lawsuits involving major universities concerning the lack of closed captioning to provide equal access to all learners.
