In the Fall of 2021, the NMSU Library launched the NMSU Library Resources tab in Canvas. We're excited about the enhanced level of engagement and assistance this tab brings to our students from directly within Canvas. Thank you to our wonderful friends in Academic Technology for helping us get the tool up and running this semester!
This tool is being tested and updated throughout the Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 semesters to hone it for our university community. Please bear with us as we make edits and improvements. We are working on creating the best tool for our campus. This tool will eventually (in Spring 2022) replace the other library-related tabs currently in Canvas.
One of the truly exciting things about this tool is that it is helping us see where we are lacking some information. As we hone and integrate this tool we will be creating a plan to fill the gaps we notice. This is part of a larger effort to clean up and revise Library Research Guides for our campus.
The NMSU Library Resources tab offers a direct link to some of our Library services within Canvas. Because our system integrates with and talks to Canvas, it will automatically populate the tab with some subject-specific services from the Library.
