Adding a Research Guide to Canvas as a Left-hand Navigation Tab
1. Log into Canvas
2. Click on Settings
3. Choose the Apps tab
4. Search for the Redirect app, then click on it to open it
5. Click on Add App
6. Choose a name for the link and enter the url
7. Choose to "Show in Course Navigation" - this will add it to the list of links on the left-hand side of the page
8. Refresh your screen and you should see the link!
